Elite Annual Program
Our Commercial Lawn Care Services includes the Elite Annual Program. The ”Elite” as we like to call it, is the new standard for your lawn care needs. This program consists of 7 lawn services implemented from January to December for the complete agronomic approach to the health of your lawn. Please call to get more information.

- All products used are designed for your specific turf type to ensure the healthiest lawn possible
- We are so confident in our Elite Annual Program that we will allow you 2 Service calls per calendar year for retreatment if deemed necessary.
Basic Annual Program
This program consists of 4 lawn care services from January to December. This is our most economical program for those that our looking for a better lawn but maybe not the best lawn. Just as in our Elite program all products used are the safest and most state of the art available to lawn care professionals. Applications made include the following;
- Liquid fertilizer application to improve color without inducing excessive growth
- Spring weed control and prevention
- Fall Fertilizer applied to boost the plant’s health entering dormancy
- Fall Pre-emergent designed to prevent winter weeds
- No Free charge Service calls
Our Basic Annual Program will not prevent and control all your weeds througout the year but rather reduce the presence of them. This program does not include our insectide application leaving your family and lawn succetable to Fire ants, Grubs, etc. Please call to get more information.
